What is Play Breathe Flow?

FLOW 

Play Breathe Flow is a workshop and practice where we use various forms of movement, movement games/situations and breathing to develop our health, awareness, communication and creativity.

Our goal is to help you access a more playful state of flow , into the present moment and move our bodies in a variety of ways that improve our mobility, resilience, fitness and mental/physical wellbeing.

We will explore new as well as familiar movements in new and creative ways.

We strive to create a constructive and safe environment where we can experiment and experience.

This is not a workshop about high performance or extreme challenge. Its about cooperation, play, exploration and listening to what our own bodies need.

We believe that a playful state of mind key component to living a meaningful and healthy life. This also helps us acess a so called Flow state.
